WHAT I WOULD SAY "I DO"
I'm a designer and software engineer in one. I make interfaces that are simple, so your customers get the results your program intended — and users have the best chance of achieving their tasks and goals to make them feel empowered and engaged.
I'm also an IDEO-certified Design Thinking practitioner and believe in Human Centered Design. The journey begins with getting a real understanding of what users are really trying to do, making calculated guesses on how to help them, and quickly building prototypes to test interface solutions BEFORE they are implemented by your development team.
With my assistance and detailed documentation, your developers will have solid documentation and the design outputs they require to build the right infrastructure correctly.
I'm a proud member of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society (HFES), and support their decades-long mission of making significant contributions to the medical device, aerospace and military industries, increasing the safety, effectiveness and comfort of humans in an ever-increasing world of technological change.
